Customer satisfaction survey 2014: The results
For Rhein S.Q.M. to achieve customer satisfaction is our prime ambition. Therefore we regularly interview our customers. Issues like (service) quality, the extent to which their objectives have been reached or price-performance-ratio have been evaluated continuously since 2010 on a scale between 1 (= very good) and 5 (= inadequate).
We could reach our 2014 guidance level which was – compared to excellent values in the last surveys – even more ambitious than in the previous years. The results are a driving force for ongoing and future projects.
