Customer satisfaction survey 2018: The results
We regularly ask our customers for a constructive-critical feedback. We want to know how satisfied they are with the services provided by Rhein S.Q.M. GmbH, with the aim to identify possible improvements. In 2017 and 2018, our customers continued to appreciate the quality of our perfomance and our service. “We see the positive feedback as the confirmation of our “hands-onapproach“ principle. Turning away from the abstract towards tangible results at the end of a project day is more topical than ever“, says Managing Director Wolfgang Rhein interpreting the results. “We are grateful for the feedback, which again contained valuable information. The customer feedback is important for the execution of our core processes at the customers‘ premises. We establish improvements from the survey in our proceedings.“
